Greetings, As you may be aware, recently some customer accounts were billed multiple times unintentionally. We regret any difficulty this event may have caused you, and we remain dedicated to resolving the issue with our vendors and customers
...Update – 2:10PM EST: Please note, we have changed the instructions below for players who have been billed multiple times. To assist us in providing the best possible service please contact your financial institution prior to contacting EA Billing Support as we can only assist with resolving additional fees after you have been reimbursed.

We are currently in contact with our vendors to have these charges reversed as soon as possible. ...Greetings! We have good news for our Australian players who play on the European Clusters! EU Players only from Australia are now able to purchase game time cards from the EA-Australia Store. Time cards are available in increments of 30, 90 and 180 days.
...We�re pleased to announce free character transfers for our European Dark Age of Camelot Players! Since moving the game to Mythic, we have been working hard on our goal of moving all players onto one account center, keeping EU players updated to the most recent version of the game and ensuring everyone can join in on Realm Pride. With all those moving parts, our current plan is to allow free transfers in early April, however please note that this timeframe is subject to change. Once the transfers are enabled, we will continue to monitor populations as things progress and adjust the source and destination servers as needed. Please read on for more details

...Status – Pendragon is offline Greetings! We will be bringing the Pendragon server offline tomorrow afternoon, 3/23/2010, to implement version 1.102a (test). At this time we anticipate that Pendragon will be back online no later than 6:30 PM EST.
