IdrA is a sore loser vs Silver on Lost Temple SC2 in this video. Silver had just beaten Idra once on Metalopolis, you can see it here, and idra is complaining about… losing.

To Silvers credit he doesn’t let IdrA get into his head and he sticks with his gameplan to beat idrA twice in a row which is no small accomplishment since Idra is a world class player who just won MLG Columbus. IdrA let Silver get into his head as you can tell by the cheesy back and forth comments. In the end the game is all about winning, anything else is just losing, and since IdrA “knew what was coming” he should have adapted, but didn’t. Could Idra have done anything differently to win? Is he losing intentionally to try and get another patch(nerf) in the pipeline? Share your thoughts below.

This post is by no means a jab at the skill of IdrA, everyone loses sometimes in StarCraft 2 (SCII), but if you want to improve YOUR game it’s not only good to watch how the best WIN… but how they LOSE too. Silver went for the Thor’s early and kept IdrA’s zergling/mutalisk attack in check and as always timing played a big role in the outcome. Video by HuskyStarcraft.

StarCraft 2 Replay of IdrA vs QXC on Xel’Naga Caverns, Game 2 – May 2011.

This is game 2 of a best of 3 StrarCraft 2 series between Idra and QXC, video by askJoshy. Idra is leading QXC 1 game to 0, watch Game 1 if you missed it.

The game is Zerg vs. Terran on the Xel’Naga Caverns map. As this StarCraft 2 replay shows QXC isn’t deterred and goes with the same build that was swept aside in game 1, QXC is confident in his macro skills in this matchup between two of the worlds best StarCraft 2 players. StarCraft 2 Replay of IdrA vs QXC on Shakuras Plateau, Game 1 – May 2011.

This is a classic Zerg vs. Terran matchup on Metalopolis, video by AskJoshy. Early on it seems like IdrA has the game wrapped up but QXC is a top player able to even things out rather effectively. The match turns into a 2 base terran vs 2 base zerg which favors terrans but IdrA can never be counted out. IdrA is known for getting into his comfort zone which is a tough place to keep him out of.
