DAoC MAPS - Myrkwood Forest

Myrkwood Forest prepares mid-level adventurers for their final push to level 50 and is the zone of choice for all players when level 30 is reached. The famous troll birthplace town of Galplan is located near the center of the zone and it’s been rumored that some trolls grow from level 1 to level 50 without ever leaving Myrkwood Forest. It’s a hearty land indeed!

The hitching post of GNA Faste is accross the river from Galplan but be carefull not to run into old Njessi unprepared if you make the swim. Located in the north-western corner of Myrkwood Forest is the Spindelhalla dungeon that is perhaps Midgards most famous hunting dungeon, many a warrior can spend hours telling you of his/her exploits in the depths of the Arachite filled dungeon. Don’t venture too far behind GNA however, it’s rumored that werewolves have a stronghold in the area and are led by the fearless Baron Fulwar.
